Hello, this is my personal blog. Here you will find information about research projects, books, articles, work in progress, as well as disciplines that I teach. From an institutional perspective, aside from being a Full Professor of International Relations at IESP-UERJ, a Research Fellow with the National Research Council (CNPq 1-B), a FAPERJ Scientist of Our State and a Procientista at UERJ, I am currently:

• Coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Observatory on Climate Change (OIMC).
• Emeritus coordinator and founder of the World Political Analysis Laboratory (LABMUNDO), Rio de Janeiro branch.
• Member of the Climate Social Science Network (CSSN).
• Expert with the Scientific Panel on Information Integrity about Climate Science (IPIE).
• Senior Fellow with the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI).
• Senior Fellow with Plataforma CIPÓ.
• Member of the Editorial Board and Advisory Board of the following journals: Geopolítica(s). Revista de estudios sobre espacio y poder, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid; International Studies Review; Global Governance; Estudos Internacionais; and Monções: revista de Relações Internacionais da UFGD.
• Full member of the International Studies Association (ISA), the International Political Science Association (IPSA), the Brazilian Association of Political Science (ABCP), and the Brazilian Association of International Relations (ABRI).
• Ad hoc advisor for the following funding agencies in Brazil: CNPq, CAPES, FAPERJ, and FAPESP and several national and international development agencies, as well as national and international journals.
