I am currently Full Professor of International Relations at Rio de Janeiro State University’s Institute for Social and Political Studies (IESP-UERJ), and also:

- Coordinator of the World Political Analysis Laboratory (LABMUNDO), in Rio de Janeiro.
- Coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Watch on Climate Change (OIMC).
- Member of the Climate Social Science Network and coordinator of Working Group “Natural Resources, Energy and Climate Obstruction in the Global South” (CSSN).
- Visiting Fellow at the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS), South Africa, between September and December 2023.
- Senior Fellow with the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI)
- Associate Editor of the Brazilian Political Science Review – International Relations and Foreign Policy Analysis (BPSR).
